Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order if:
• The item is unused and unworn
• Original tags are attached
• Original packaging is included
• Proof of purchase is provided
• You contact us before returning the item

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please notify us within 7 days of delivery and include:

• Photos of the item
• Description of the issue
Return Exclusions

• Worn, washed, or altered items
• Clearance or final-sale items
• Gift cards or digital products
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the eligible item and place a new order.
EU Right of Withdrawal
Customers within the European Union have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods without providing a reason.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days after inspection of the returned item.
